Now living in LA via Shanghai and London, I’ve always been one to embrace change and new challenges – like the time I drove a 20-year-old Fiat Panda from London to Mongolia in the inaugural Mongol Rally. But at my core, I’m a creative problem solver, and I opened Double O Consulting after witnessing the rapid change in the marketing landscape, and realising that the way we deliver creative needs to evolve rapidly, too. Instead of relying on traditional agencies, brands are now working with virtual teams, going direct to specialists, or building their own teams in-house.
