Process-loving Go To Market leader and strategic advisor with 20 years of international experience building and managing GTM (sales, marketing, and revenue ops) teams, usually in traditional software or SaaS. I have developed and led sales, marketing, and revenue operations teams, as well as coached high-performing individuals in the UK, the US, and in Asia. I have also usually led the integration and configuration of software systems (Data Analytics, CRM, Marketing Automation, etc) to support those teams and processes.

I am most passionate about scaling sales and marketing operations (RevOps) within early-stage, high-growth companies. I love the process of working with a team to discover what's working and then building a repeatable process to increase that team's win rates.
